    Sparkles Hockey Academy respects the principles of personal information protection and privacy, and we are bound to protect all personal information in our possession.  To comply will all applicable privacy laws we have developed practices and procedures as set out in this policy.  This applies to all collection, processing, use and disclosure of personal information by Sparkles Hockey Academy.

    Sparkles Hockey Academy will process personal information only for the purposes which it was collected, and for not longer than necessary in view of those purposes.  Sparkles will also safeguard personal information by the use of appropriate technological, organizational and physical security measures to protect against unlawful, unauthorized or inappropriate processing.

    Sparkles Hockey Academy will not sell, rent or in any way grant any individual, company or organization access to personal information which we have collected, other than for the purpose it was collected.

    Sparkles Hockey Academy does collect personal information in the form of: Email for continued correspondence, name and address for payment processing and inquiries, emergency contact and medical information in the unlikely event of a medical emergency.
